    Preparation

    All the above lyso compounds are prepared by phospholipase A2 hydrolysis of the parent compound. High-pressure liquid chromatography is used to purify the lysophosphatides. These products are lyophilizedand packaged as white powders. Since these products are hygroscopic, moisture should be controlled when opening the package.
