Note:
Antigenic compounds that can be characterized as "hydrophobic"
are able to sensitize liposomes to the action of antibody
complement. Dinitrophenyl derivatives of phosphatidylethanolamine
and aminocaproyl phosphatidylethanolamine are offered as antigens
for the preparation of immunologically responsive liposomal
model membranes.
