Every product is certified to be >99% pure by TLC prior to shipping, therefore any of Avanti's more than 1000 research products are suitable for use as identification standards in TLC except selected natural lipids. A Certificate of Analysis is available for each product when requested at the time the standard is ordered.

Certified Reference Standards

According to 40 CFR, subpart 160, subpart F--Test, Control, and Reference Substances, the level of documentation required to produce a Certified Reference Standard (CRS) is consistent with material produced according to the guidelines of the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Avanti produces a group of compounds according to cGMP which can be packaged to customer specifications and supplied as a CRS. Please contact a cGMP Product Specialist to discuss which products are available and your specific needs for a CRS.
